What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting consumers throughout their mental health recovery journey. You'll contribute to high-quality clinical outcomes while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and your scope of practice.
Monitor, assess and report changes in consumers' health, escalating clinical concerns when required.
Support consumers with activities of daily living, therapeutic interventions and emotional wellbeing.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve safe, effective and recovery-focused care.

Essential Requirements:
Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
