We’re chasing a Sous Chef who can handle the heat, lead from the front, and throw down quality food every service.
What You’ll Do
- Run grill section with wood and charcoal
- Cook bold Mexican food with consistency and flair
- Keep the kitchen sharp, clean, and organised
- Help with menu, ordering, and stock control
What You Bring
- Strong Sous Chef or senior CDP experience
- Calm under pressure in service
- Passion for Mexican food, fire, smoke, and flavour
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, and team mentality
- Available nights and weekends
