We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
About the Role
- Lead service and support kitchen operations
- Prepare high-quality Mexican dishes
- Maintain food safety and kitchen standards
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and rostering
- Train and support junior chefs
About You
- Previous Sous Chef or strong CDP experience
- Confident in high-volume service
- Passion for Mexican cuisine and fresh produce
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and team-focused
- Full working rights in Australia
