Expression of Interest – Healthcare Cleaners (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Silvans Integrated Facilities Services is a leading national provider of integrated facility services across Australia's healthcare sector. As our Healthcare Division continues to grow, we are seeking reliable, motivated, and professional cleaners to join our team across multiple locations nationwide.
About the Role:
You will deliver high-quality cleaning services within healthcare and aged care facilities, ensuring safe, hygienic and well-presented environments while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning of resident, patient, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean glass and touchpoints
- Collect and dispose of waste safely
- Clean kitchens, food preparation areas, and specialist floor surfaces
- Follow cleaning schedules, company procedures, and compliance requirements
- Correctly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, PPE, and company technology
- Respond to scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning requests
- Contribute to a safe, positive, and professional workplace
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (healthcare or aged care preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
- Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Valid Australian working rights
- Driver's license
- National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
