About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide one-to-one support to children with autism while assisting them to participate safely and confidently in their local community.
Every day is different, with supports tailored to each participant's goals and interests.
Activities may include:
- Parks and playgrounds
- Walks
- Community outings
- Libraries
- Cafés
- Recreational activities
- Games and hobbies
- Developing social skills
- Building confidence and independence
- Supporting community participation
- Transporting participants to and from approved activities
You'll work independently while maintaining regular communication with our supportive management team.

Essential Requirements
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable, roadworthy and fully insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
- Right to work in Australia
- Two professional references
