The opportunity
You'll lead a team of up to eight, including an experienced Assistant Store Leader, and take full ownership of everything that matters — the culture on the floor, the results at the end of the week, and the operational standard that holds it all together.
This role demands two things in equal measure: the ability to develop and inspire people, and the discipline to run a tight, commercially strong store.
What you'll lead
