The Role
This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Friday, with a 7:00am start each day. Finish times vary depending on the day’s schedule, generally between 10:00am and 3:00pm, with approximately 25–35 hours per week available.
Your day will involve collecting dogs from their homes in a company van, transporting them safely to local beaches and parks, supervising off-leash group walks, rinsing and drying dogs after their adventures, returning them home happy and tired, and helping capture photos and videos for social media. You’ll also be responsible for keeping the van clean and maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in an active outdoor environment, and is passionate about building positive relationships with both dogs and their owners.
The ideal person will:
- Have experience confidently handling multiple dogs at once.
- Be calm, reliable, and able to make good decisions in unpredictable situations.
- Love being outdoors and be physically fit enough to keep up with energetic dogs.
- Be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be confident driving a company vehicle.
- Hold a current driver’s licence and have a clean driving record.
- Live locally to the Southern Gold Coast area.

This role is not suited for someone looking for short term or seasonal work
