Position Overview: Rosa Traders is seeking a reliable, hands-on Storeperson to take ownership of picking and packing customer orders across our online (Shopify, Amazon, eBay) and wholesale channels. You'll keep the warehouse organised and running efficiently, help unload shipping containers, and support day-to-day stock control, ensuring every order goes out accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
● Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, across e-commerce and wholesale channels.
● Check items against pick lists and invoices to ensure order accuracy prior to dispatch.
● Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and running efficiently.
● Coordinate order dispatch with logistics and freight providers to ensure on-time delivery.
● Assist with unloading shipping containers and put-away of new stock.
● Track and update stock levels, flagging discrepancies as they arise.
● Operate manual handling equipment safely (pallet jack provided).
● Pitch in on general warehouse tasks as needed — no job too small.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Valid visa with full work rights in Australia, for a minimum of 1 year
● Physically fit for daily manual work: moving pallets (pallet jack provided) and regularly lifting boxes up to 25kg during container unloading
● A valid driver's licence
● Fluent English (spoken and written)
● A willing to learn and customer-first attitude.
● Someone who adapts well to a fast-changing, growing business
● Bonus: familiarity with Latin American products or culture
