Located in the heart of the community, Tall Timbers Hotel is a well-regarded local pub known for great food, friendly service and a strong team culture. As our kitchen continues to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated people to join our back-of-house team.
We are currently recruiting for the following role:
Chef
Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual Opportunities Available
Step into a hands-on kitchen role and play a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality pub food.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting menu items to venue standards
- Working across service periods including lunch and dinner
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Supporting menu execution, prep and stock rotation
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service
- Complying with WHS and food safety requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef in a pub, club or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, organised and team-focused approach
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
