The Data & Insights Officer reports to the Data Manager and is responsible for supporting organisational data systems, reporting, and information management across multiple programs and service areas within NAAFLS. The role supports the collection, extraction, analysis, and reporting of data to assist operational requirements, funding and compliance reporting, service delivery, and organisational planning.
The position provides practical support to staff in the use of organisational systems, reporting tools, and information management processes, including client management and reporting platforms such as Actionstep and DEX. The role also contributes to maintaining data quality, system integrity, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of organisational systems and processes.
The Data & Insights Officer works collaboratively with staff and managers across the organisation to support reporting requirements, identify data and system issues, and develop practical reporting and information management solutions that support organisational and program outcomes.
