The Research Division is responsible for supporting Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidates across the University, including admissions, candidature management, milestone coordination, examinations, and completion processes, while providing advice and administrative support to Schools, supervisors, and research stakeholders.
As a key member of the School of Graduate Research team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HDR candidate lifecycle and contributing to a high-quality student experience. Your primary objective will be to coordinate key administrative processes including admissions, candidature milestones, examinations, and records management, delivering accurate and responsive support to a diverse research community.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working within complex administrative environments and large corporate systems. You will confidently manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, coordinate documentation and workflows, and ensure processes are completed efficiently and in line with policy and procedural requirements.
