Join Our Team - Oncology Day Unit & Outpatient Department
Join our dedicated team at Armidale Rural Referral Hospital and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients receiving oncology and haematology care.
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to work across the Oncology Day Unit, Outpatients Department, or both. In this rewarding role, you will deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred care while supporting patients and their families throughout their cancer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care.

Administer oncology and haematology treatments in accordance with clinical protocols.

Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs.

Provide education, guidance and emotional support to patients, families and carers.

Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional and organisational standards.
About you
You will be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and have experience, or a genuine interest, in oncology and/or haematology nursing.
You are a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively, can work independently when required, and is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
