This winter, Brisbane's most iconic floating venue is back on the river, bringing together great music, incredible views, premium hospitality, and unforgettable experiences.
As we prepare for another huge season, we're looking for energetic, experienced Bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environments and love being part of the action.
Our bartenders are at the heart of the guest experience. From crafting cocktails and serving ice-cold beverages to delivering exceptional customer service, you'll help create the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages efficiently and professionally
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment
- Engaging with guests and contributing to the vibrant onboard atmosphere
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across bar areas
- Working closely with the wider venue team to ensure seamless service
- Upholding RSA standards and responsible service practices
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience is essential
- Cocktail knowledge and experience highly regarded
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
- Strong work ethic and team-first mentality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current and valid RSA certificate
