Commercial & Industrial Asset Manager | Part-Time | Liverpool
Do you have some experience in commercial and industrial asset management?
We are seeking a motivated Asset Manager to join our Liverpool team on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about further developing their career in commercial property, with ongoing support provided by an experienced Asset Manager and Director.
This role is ideal for someone from a commercial property background who is ready to utilise their existing skills and drive performance across all areas of commercial and industrial asset management within a structured and supportive environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Asset Manager and Directors, you will assist in the management of a commercial and industrial portfolio, including:
- supporting day-to-day management of properties;
- assisting with lease administration, renewals and rent reviews;
- interpreting lease documentation and responding to landlord and tenant enquiries;
- coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works;
- maintaining accurate records in property management systems;
- supporting arrears management and compliance tracking;
- assisting with inspections, reporting and tenancy coordination;
- supporting vacates and make-good processes;
- liaising with internal leasing, sales and property teams; and
- providing general administrative and operational support.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- has some experience in commercial property management;
- is genuinely interested in maintaining a long-term career in commercial property;
- is eager to learn, take direction and develop professionally;
- has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
- communicates clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues;
- can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- is reliable, proactive and solutions-focused; and
- works well independently and within a team.
You will also have:
- current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence;
- current NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle;
- wtrong Microsoft Office skills; and
- experience with property systems (MRI / Property Tree advantageous but not essential).
