- Deliver in‑home physiotherapy to support mobility, strength, balance and pain management
- Conduct functional assessments and create tailored care plans aligned to individual goals
- Provide falls prevention, education and strength‑based interventions
- Work collaboratively with community teams, families, and key stakeholders
- Apply a holistic, wellness‑focused approach to support healthy ageing and independence
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Prior community or aged‑care experience highly regarded
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to deliver quality person‑centred care
- Valid Police Check (within 3 years)
- QLD Driver Licence + reliable vehicle (if not using fleet car)
