D68 PTY LTD. are looking for an experienced, confident Restaurant Manager commencement expected in or about November 2026, subject to completion of renovations and operational readiness. We will trade as "Spice & Sip Thai Eatery" located in 150 Keira Street, Wollongong, NSW 2500. This is a hands-on leadership role in an extremely busy venue, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, loves running a tight ship, and leads from the front with calm energy and great service.
As the Restaurant Manager your role is to drive outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness(QSC). The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall profitability, sales, people development, food safety and operations of the restaurant.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead the team to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities ;
Managing daily operations of a high-volume restaurant
Building and publishing rosters (and keeping labour efficient)
Ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and keeping storage organised
Keeping ordering within budget and tracking usage/waste
Training and coaching staff to maintain strong service standards
Ensuring customer experience is consistently excellent
Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and compliance standards
Leading by example during peak periods and supporting the team under pressure
Ensuring cleaning is completed properly and stock is put away correctly
Planning menu consultation with chef taking reservation planning organizing function
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- RSA
- Current Driver's license
- Ability to work without restriction in Australia
- 3 years or more of work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Preferably a formal qualification in the relevant field at a Diploma level or higher
- Familiarity with Thai cuisine and ingredients.
- Food Safety Certificate
Pay: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
