Provide person-centred care in a Supported Independent Living home with 24/7 care for an individual.
The role includes:
- Assistance with some personal care
- Supporting an individual in a wheelchair
- Assistance with bed, bathroom and car self-transfers
- Accessing the community and appointments
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and light domestic duties
- Accurate documentation
- Sleepover night shifts
Pay: $35.00 per hour
