Are you enthusiastic about food service and want to make a real difference in the lives of elderly residents?
We are currently looking for a reliable and dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our warm and supportive team in On Luck Chinese Nursing Home.
As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your responsibilities include washing dishes, preparing ingredients, and assisting with meal preparation according to dietary requirements. You will support the chef by setting up cutlery, making beverages, and preparing snacks and desserts. Adherence to food safety standards, personal hygiene, and confidentiality is essential. Additionally, you'll work independently and collaboratively with the team, ensuring that all kitchen equipment is used safely and efficiently while considering the residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
To be successful in this role you must be able to speak in Chinese.
