About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Experience Lead to shape and drive the future of our web and digital interface ecosystem. This role blends strategic thinking, UX/UI expertise, and technical collaboration, leading the evolution of our website and associated platforms while working closely with development teams and external partners. You’ll play a key role in defining how digital experiences are designed, built, and delivered, ensuring they are user-centric, scalable, and aligned to our broader participation and engagement goals.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Lead the strategy and evolution of website and digital interfaces, including exploration of apps, frontend libraries, and emerging technologies

Partner closely with developers to translate UX/UI concepts into high-quality, scalable digital experiences

Own and manage the design system, ensuring consistency and best practice across all digital touchpoints

Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions and continuously improve user journeys

Manage external vendors (including consultancy partners) and collaborate with internal teams such as Participation to deliver key initiatives
About you
To be successful in this role you will:

Bring 6-8+ years’ experience in digital, product, agency, or content-led environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Have strong expertise in UX/UI design and research, with the ability to lead design thinking and implementation

Be highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working within design systems and developer workflows

Have experience working with CMS platforms (ideally AEM) and can confidently navigate technical conversations with developers
-
Be a strong communicator and storyteller, with a portfolio (website or PDF) showcasing your work.

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
-
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
