What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support front-of-house staff to deliver great service
- Manage reservations, seating, and day-to-day floor operations
- Train and motivate team members in a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven customer service excellence
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine
- Problem-solving mindset and team player
