We’re growing our Customer Experience team and are seeking multiple Client Services Consultants to join our contact centre operation.
About the Role
As a Client Services Consultant, you’ll be the voice of TransitCare, delivering exceptional service to clients, carers, referrers, donors, and community stakeholders. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate transport bookings, respond to enquiries, update client records, support campaigns, and ensure every interaction
is handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
This is an initial 6-month full-time contract, with a strong opportunity for ongoing permanent employment for high-performing team members.

Operating Hours & Flexibility
Our Customer Experience team supports a 7-day-per-week operation, servicing clients from 6:00am to 8:00pm daily.
We are specifically looking for team members who can demonstrate flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts across these operating hours, including weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
- Coordinate and confirm transport bookings
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
- Assist with referral processing and service enquiries
- Support client and donor engagement campaigns
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Achieve individual service, quality, and productivity targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
About You

- Experience in community services, aged care, disability, health, or not-for-profit sectors
- Experience using CRM systems
- Additional language skills relevant to diverse communities
