Job Description:Project Manager (Data & Integration) - Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Transportation Management System (TMS) migration program, with a strong focus on data migration, integrations, and platform transition.
This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience managing ETL-driven programs, complex data landscapes, and multi-vendor system integrators, while ensuring business continuity across supply chain operations.Must have :• Proven experience managing data migration–heavy programs, preferably in TMS, ERP, or large supply chain platforms
- Strong hands-on understanding of:
- ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Data validation, reconciliation, and quality management
- Experience working with complex integrations and event-driven/streaming patterns
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile-at-scale delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills
- Transportation Management Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP TM)
- Supply Chain / Logistics / Freight / Multi-modal transport
- Large enterprise transformation programs in regulated or mission-critical environments
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical data concepts into business language
- Proactive risk manager with a “no surprises” approach
