About the Role
As a Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience. No two days are the same as you'll assist guests across various areas of the venue, including arcade games, birthday parties, and general venue operations.
Your goal is simple – create an amazing experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
- Assisting guests with arcade games, attractions, and activities
- Serving food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Hosting birthday parties and group bookings
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming venue
- Assisting with prize redemption and merchandise displays
- Processing transactions accurately through our POS system
- Promoting venue attractions and special offers
- Supporting team members during busy periods
- Following all safety, cleaning, and operational procedures
What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, school holidays, and public holidays
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
