AYA Home & Community Services is building a specialised workforce to support individuals transitioning from prison, hospitals, rehabilitation services, homelessness, and other complex life situations back into the community.
We are seeking experienced support workers, youth workers, case workers, peer workers, community workers, correctional services staff, and mental health workers who understand the challenges of reintegration and recovery.

Essential Requirements
* ABN
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check
* First Aid & CPR
* Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong professional boundaries
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals
