Kindlewood Tutoring is not a typical agency that hires "whoever is available." We are a premium, results-driven team with a singular focus: excellence. We only hire the top 3% of academic achievers. Every tutor on our team holds a 97+ ATAR and a Raw 40+ study score in every subject they teach. We provide personalized, diagnostic-led tutoring for Prep to VCE students, with a guaranteed Working With Children Check for every educator.
The Role
We are looking for exceptional VCE graduates and university students who have mastered their subjects. You will be matched with students (Year 1-12) based on their learning style and your specific expertise. You won’t be given a generic script, you will tailor each lesson to the student’s individual gaps and goals.
What We Require (Strict & Non-Negotiable)
- ATAR: 97 or above (verified).
- Subject mastery: Raw 40+ study score in every VCE subject you wish to teach.
- Check: Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, with a patient, intuitive teaching style.
- Reliability: Commitment to consistent weekly sessions (no high turnover).
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne VIC
