We are generating a growing number of warm inbound leads and are looking for a confident sales closer to convert enquiries into booked clients.
You will be speaking with people who have already shown interest in our services.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident closer who can:
- Contact inbound leads quickly
- Build rapport with clients
- Explain coating packages clearly
- Handle objections confidently
- Follow up consistently
- Convert enquiries into bookings
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys sales
- Wants uncapped earning potential
What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling and messaging warm inbound leads provided by us
- Following up with leads via phone, SMS, and email (phone number provided)
- Explaining ceramic coating packages and benefits
- Booking consultations and confirmed jobs
- Updating lead notes in CRM
- Maintaining professional communication with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience will be an added advantage
- No Experience needed as long as you enjoy talking to people
- Automotive knowledge is a bonus
- Experience in high-ticket sales highly regarded
- Confident phone communication skills
- Strong follow-up ability
- Self-motivated and organized
Requirements
- Must be based in Brisbane
- Fluent English communication
Commission Structure
- Earn a percentage from every sale closed
- High-ticket services with strong earning potential
