What does the job look like?
Join Linfox’s Resources and Industrial Business in Hazelmere as a Transport Scheduler to play a key role in keeping our bulk fuel operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a proactive, organised professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about safety and service excellence. This role works a 7/7 roster, Tuesday – Monday starting 530am, 12-hour shifts. Key areas:
Driving the Linfox Safety standards at all times, and promote vision ZERO daily
Schedule fuel deliveries in a timely and cost-effective manner
Accurate record management of all delivery paperwork and customer invoicing
Regular liaison with customer ensuring efficient and effective customer service
Assist with fleet maintenance scheduling and roster adjustments
Regularly review the roster to ensure accuracy and full coverage is maintained to meet customer usage demands
Maintain driver training records and schedule any required training
Track vehicles and drivers for adherence to run sheets and fatigue compliance

You are a confident communicator, a natural problem-solver, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You bring a team-first attitude and a structured approach to scheduling and logistics. You can demonstrate:
A strong commitment to safety and compliance
Previous experience in transport scheduling or logistics (preferred but not essential)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Solid understanding of WA transport regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
A customer-focused mindset with sound decision-making skills
