Permanent Active Overnight & Day Support Worker Positions Available
Imaginary Minds Disability Support Services is currently seeking reliable, compassionate and motivated staff to join our growing team in North Brisbane.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Assistants in Nursing (AINs)
- Nursing Students
- Disability Support Workers
- Mental Health Support Workers
- Aged Care Workers
- Support Workers with healthcare backgrounds
We have opportunities available for both:
Active Overnight Shifts (Supported Independent Living - SIL)
and
Day Support Worker Shifts (Community Access & In-Home Supports)
These roles involve supporting people living with neurological, physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities to achieve their goals, maintain independence and access their local community.
Our overnight positions are ideal for students or support workers seeking stable ongoing employment in a calm environment, while our day shifts provide a varied and rewarding role supporting participants both at home and within the community.

Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred for day shifts)
- Smartphone and basic technology skills
Location: Bracken Ridge and surrounding North Brisbane areas
