Australian Integrity Group Pty Ltd provides education and migration consultation service to both overseas and domestic students. Our main targeted clients are from Mainland China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other Asian countries and areas. We are now recruiting an industry-experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
Daily roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Prepare and draft the sales and marketing plan and set new sales target
2. Work closely with sales team and ensure the sales target will be reached
3. Organize the promotion activities and represent the company to illustrate the value of the company
4. Maintain the integrity of the data of the company and assist the establishment of customer database
5. Maintain existing client relationships and be proactive in seeking out new clients.
6. Developing and executing new strategies to increase sales, and customer service.
7. Working in partnership with creative agencies to capitalise on extraordinary opportunities to grow the company's market share
The successful Sales and Marketing Manager will require;
1. At least 7 years sales and marketing experience, prefer in similar industry
2. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to achieve results
3. High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
4. Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
5. Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
