Head of Cleaning & Housekeeping Services
Nest Collection – Short-Term Accommodation | Sydney CBD
Nest Collection manages over 50 premium short-term accommodation properties across Sydney’s CBD. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Head of Cleaning & Housekeeping Services to lead quality control, manage new property onboardings, and build our in-house cleaning capability as we continue to grow.
About the Role
- Oversee cleaning and housekeeping operations across our 50+ existing properties
- Work alongside our established third-party cleaning partner to maintain high standards
- Take ownership of cleaning and housekeeping for all newly acquired properties
- Recruit, train and manage your own in-house cleaning team to support expansion
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure all homes meet Nest Collection’s presentation standards
- Liaise with property and operations teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles within hotels or serviced apartments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, train and inspire a team
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and takes pride in presentation

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
