About the role
Are you the kind of teacher who sees potential where others see challenges?
TAFE Gippsland is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher to join our Senior Secondary team, delivering the Victorian Certificate of Education Vocational Major (VCE VM) and Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) at our Bairnsdale Campus.
Working with small classes, you will have the opportunity to genuinely know your students as individuals and tailor learning to help them achieve success. Our students choose our program because they are looking for a different educational experience—one that values relationships, personalised learning and helping every young person achieve success in their own way.
This is an ideal opportunity for a teacher who enjoys thinking creatively, adapting their teaching to meet individual needs, celebrating small wins, and helping young people discover confidence in themselves and their learning.
Forget yard duty, school camps and many of the administrative demands of mainstream schooling. Instead, you'll spend your time doing what matters most—building relationships, delivering engaging learning experiences and helping students realise their potential.
At TAFE Gippsland, we believe great outcomes for students come from great teamwork. We have built a collaborative, supportive and genuinely caring culture where staff work together to solve problems, share ideas and celebrate every student's progress. If you're looking for a team where you'll feel valued and supported, you'll fit right in.
New to the TAFE Senior Secondary model? We'd love to show you around. Feel free to contact us to arrange a tour and experience our unique learning environment firsthand.
