Retail Sales Assistant – Full-Time
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
Previous retail or customer service experience is required. Product-specific training will be provided to help you become familiar with our range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently assist with customer enquiries.
- Receive, unpack and replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
- Assist with stock organisation and merchandising.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store throughout the day and at closing.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient store environment.

- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including receiving and moving stock, lifting and carrying boxes, climbing stairs, and standing or walking for extended periods during shifts.
Pay: From $27.81 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
