We are currently seeking a proactive, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless communication across our multicultural networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and schedule warehouse staff to meet daily 3PL fulfillment and dispatch targets.
- Daily Operations: Oversee 3PL inbound and outbound processes, including receiving, sorting, put-away, cross-docking, picking, and packing.
- Hands-on Duty: Safely operate forklifts (LF/LO) for loading, unloading, and high-reach racking when required.
- Client & Internal Communication: Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and internal teams in both English and Mandarin to resolve queries efficiently.
- System Management: Use warehouse software to track stock movements, manage inventory accuracy, and generate daily operational reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3 years of supervisory experience specifically within a 3PL environment.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
- Licenses: Current and valid Forklift License (LF) with proven high-reach operating experience.
- Systems: Proficient in MS Excel. Prior experience with CargoWise (WMS/TMS) is highly advantageous.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
