Your Responsibilities:
Warmly greet each and every guest.
Provide attentive service while exceeding guest expectations.
Assist with all floors related duties ensuring overall guest experience is always priority.
Provide answers to all guest related enquiries and questions with poise and professionalism.
Uphold our hygiene, health and safety at all times.
Take and accurately relay guest orders to beverage teams and kitchen.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient front of house.
About you:
A good team spirit, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to develop knowledge in all areas of food and beverage.
A love of hospitality and guest service.
Excellent spoken communication skills.
Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
RSA certification is required.
