What You’ll Be Doing
This is an all-rounder role
● Front desk management — greeting members, handling enquiries, managing check-ins
● Sales support — following up leads, booking consults, assisting with memberships
● Maintaining gym presentation — ensuring the space is always clean, organised, and professional
● Supporting Personal Trainers and members on the gym floor
● Assisting with day-to-day operations and admin tasks
● Helping create a positive, energetic gym atmosphere
● Supporting social media content
● Supervising children at our crèche
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone dependable, proactive, and people-focused.
● Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people
● Takes initiative without needing to be told what to do
● Sales experience is highly regarded
● Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
● Previous gym or customer service experience preferred
Must have or willing to get Working with childrens check & First Aid Certificate.
