Job description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Counter Manager to lead our Sisley Paris counter at David Jones Canberra. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving outstanding retail sales results.
As Counter Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the counter by delivering an exceptional standard of client service, develop long-term client relationships and lead the counter to consistently exceed service and sales expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Performance: Achieve retail sales targets, KPI and productivity targets.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised consultations and service.
- Build a loyal client base through relationship selling and proactive clienteling.
- Perform Sisley’s signature luxury skincare consultations and bespoke facial treatments.
- Manage daily operations including stock, visual merchandising, reporting and administration.
- Recruit, retain and grow a high-value client portfolio through appointments, events and follow-up.
You will bring:
- Previous experience as a Counter Manager or Senior Beauty Advisor within luxury beauty
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
- A genuine passion for skincare, beauty and delivering personalised client experiences.
- Makeup artistry and skincare consultation experience.
- A professional, polished presentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to build lasting client relationships and create loyal advocates for the Sisley brand.
