We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and career-driven Property Manager to join our highly regarded QLD Property Management team. In this role, you will manage a diverse commercial portfolio across the state, working with a range of private wealth clients.
This position offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to work from home as well as from any of our QLD offices. You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative team, providing the structure, resources, and guidance needed to succeed.
We also welcome applications from Facilities Managers looking to transition into Property Management, bringing their operational expertise into a client-focused portfolio role.
Here’s what you will focus on;
- Accountable for the overall performance of property management and building services operations across the portfolio. • Monitor all financial transactions relating to the managed properties and ensure the proper authorisation of payments and collection of debts; • Maintain close liaison with owners, occupiers and operational personnel with regards to all aspects of property management including leases activities to, lease renewals, rent reviews, preparation of lease and license documentations including other legal matters. • Ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are maintained and kept up to date, including WHS, NABERS, and asbestos registers.
Here's what you'll need to succeed;
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial property management role • Proven ability to manage client expectations while effectively coordinating multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines • Proactive, approachable, and professional, with strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships • Holds a current Certificate of Registration, with a strong understanding of the property industry and local market dynamics • Experience with Cirrus8 would be highly regarded
