The opportunity
Downer Energy and Utilities is seeking a Team Lead Site Coordinator to lead site coordination activity across a regional portfolio within our Support Services Hub model.
This role is accountable for standardisation governance and performance of site coordination activity across the region.
We are seeking applications from individuals based in Newcastle with flexible working and WFH offered pending business requirements.
What we are looking for
You are a confident leader with strong operational coordination experience and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience leading site coordinators or operational support teams across dispersed locations
- Strong stakeholder management capability with senior operational leaders
- Experience working in complex high volume service environments
- Clear understanding of governance risk and compliance requirements
- Ability to drive consistency while managing competing operational priorities
- Strong communication decision making and change leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise operational systems
