What you will be doing:
- Drive enterprise revenue growth through strategic account acquisition and expansion.
- Position SHL as a trusted talent transformation partner through thought leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insight-led workforce and talent solutions.
- Engage senior executives, shape solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring robust pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
Successful B2B product or solution sales in the Enterprise sector (companies with more than 2,000 employees)
Experience and confidence with C-Suite negotiations and directing the sales process
Rigor around whitespace evaluation, stakeholder mapping, forecasting and pipeline management.
Language – Fluent English is required
The candidate must have the right to work in ANZ.
Desirable:
Experience in consulting, SaaS, Professional Services environment, ideally in the HR/talent Assessment.
Exceptional communication and presentation experience
Business acumen and drive, and able to work with ambiguity
