Steady Freddy is an Australian sexual health brand on a mission to break the stigma around men’s sexual wellbeing—through education, empowerment, and seriously good products. We’re looking for a Content Creator Assistant to join our small but mighty marketing team one day per week to help us bring bold, fun, high-performing content to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working with our Marketing Coordinator to create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and more. This includes:
- Filming short-form videos (UGC-style, skits, product demos, educational content, etc.)
- Appearing on camera as needed for social content & paid ads
- Assisting with creative brainstorming, scripting, and visual planning
- Helping shoot content behind the camera
- Supporting product content days, influencer shoots, and brand creative sessions
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:
- Located between Sydney and Wollongong and able to commute for in-person shooting
- Comfortable talking about sex + sexual health (we promote healthy, open conversations!)
- Confident both behind and in front of the camera
- Happy to have their face featured on Steady Freddy’s social media + paid advertisements
- Creative, open-minded, and easy to collaborate with
- Familiar with TikTok/Reels trends, short-form storytelling, and UGC-style content
- Reliable, organised, and excited to grow with a fast-moving brand
Role Details
- Pay: $30/hour Hours: 8 hours per week (1 full day)
- Type: Casual / Part-Time
- Start: ASAP
