What you will do
As Justice Officer - Prison Intelligence Unit, you will support the prison intelligence unit through a range of confidential administrative duties.
You will help the team collect information, prepare reports and keep accurate records in a fast-paced prison setting.
You will:
- provide confidential administrative support to the prison intelligence unit
- prepare detailed reports using Arunta and other intelligence systems
- maintain strict recordkeeping practices for sensitive information
- collect and enter accurate data into prison information systems
- coordinate agendas, take minutes and prepare statistical reports for security-related meetings.
About you
You do not need formal qualifications to apply for this role.
Experience in, or an understanding of, correctional environments will be highly regarded.
You should also have:
- strong computer skills and confidence using different systems
- knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- the resilience to adapt to change and manage competing priorities
- the ability to work respectfully with others while solving problems and maintaining quality.
