Found in 1998 in the heart of Sydney, Australia, MindChamps International Preschool & Early Learning (“MindChamps”) is a pathbreaking Preschool and early childhood education with 86 centres operating globally in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.
As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic ECT to join our close-knit and supportive team in Albion Park, NSW.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, your core responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to the Centre Director on teaching matters, this role will implement programmes in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps.
- Deliver the training programs and curriculum of MindChamps, in accordance with the National Quality Standard Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia
- Create a stimulating and positive environment to support the development
- Assist our Champs in daily routines and meal time in accordance with food safety regulations
- Respond to the emotional needs of our Champs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our Champs and their parents
- Be responsible for the children’s transition to the school program
What we are looking for
- A completed ECT in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent
- Valid NESA accreditation
- Current/Valid Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
- Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
