Join our Hospitality & Events Team
Spring Carnival is the most exciting time on the Australian racing calendar — and we're looking for experienced, high-energy Bar team members to join our casual team.
We want our guests to have a truly great day out. Your role is to deliver exceptional bar service to guests attending functions and events, enjoying our dining areas or public bars. It's big, fast paced and great to be a part of!
Spring Carnival race days
Shifts are available from August onwards, but you'll need to be available for at least 5 of the following race days (day shift):

What's in it for you

Pay– Competitive pay rates with a minimum four (4) hour shifts and paid meal breaks

- Flexible and easy scheduling – ability to accept or decline shifts and control availability with rosters published up to six (6) weeks in advance

Convenient location– easily accessible from public transport with parking available onsite. Free public transport on our Spring Carnival dates
What you'll bring
-
Current NSW RSA certification
-
Experience in busy bar environments (functions, restaurant bar, pubs or clubs)

Basic wine knowledge
-
Strong communication and a great manner with customers

A quick, willing learner with high standards of grooming and presentation

Optional “nice to haves”: cocktail making, keg and post-mix operations
