This role is pivotal to our success, as you will be representing our brand directly to customers while being supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseurs! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to grow within an expanding retail brand. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants, so don’t hesitate to apply!
Tasks & responsibilities
Providing an outstanding customer experience;
Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
Upselling;
Working the Barista machine; Prepare amazing Coffees
Preparing cold beverages - milk shakes & iced drinks (have you tried one yet!) ;
Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
Cleaning duties throughout the store.
Qualifications & experience
Demonstrated customer service skills;
You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
Excellent organisational skills;
Exposure to a fast paced environment;
Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential;
Barista Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
Availability:
- Flexible availability from Saturday to Sunday
- Available to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Able to work occasional late-night shifts until 11:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays
