Be part of the exciting opening team at Zanobia, a new premium Lebanese Restaurant opening in Barangaroo. We are seeking experienced and passionate hospitality leaders to join our management team and help deliver an exceptional dining and bar experience.
Venue Manager
As Venue Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the restaurant, drive service excellence, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front and back of house operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the management and service team.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Manage labour costs, rostering, and financial performance.
- Monitor stock control, ordering, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, and WHS requirements.
- Work closely with the ownership team to achieve business goals.
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Venue or Restaurant Manager role.
- Experience in premium dining or high-volume hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, labour costs, and budgets.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate.
Bar Manager
As Bar Manager, you will oversee all bar operations while creating an outstanding beverage experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations and service.
- Develop and maintain beverage, cocktail, wine, and spirits standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and beverage consistency.
- Maintain RSA compliance and hygiene standards.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager.
- Strong cocktail, wine, and beverage knowledge.
- Previous premium dining experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate.
