About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Migration Agent with a focus on Australian migration law to join our growing team in Sydney. You will play a critical leadership role, providing expert Australian migration advice, managing visa and lodging applications, and supervising our Visa Compliance Officer team. You’ll thrive in a supportive, high-volume environment where client care for those pursuing Australian migration and ethical service come first.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely immigration advice across a range of Australian visa subclasses.
- Manage and lodge Australian visa applications in accordance with current Australian migration legislation.
- Supervise and mentor the visa compliance/admin team to ensure smooth Australian migration operations.
- Stay updated on Australian migration law and policy changes.
- Communicate complex Australian legal information to clients in a clear and empathetic way.
- Support international students, families, and individuals in reaching their Australian migration goals.
- Collaborate with our multicultural education and admissions team regarding Australian migration pathways.
- Will be required to do supervised work.
- Preferred to have social media presence and deliver information videos for promotion. (Preferred not must.)
Essential Criteria
- Registered Migration Agent (OMARA registration required for Australian migration practice).
- Experience in Australian migration law (in-house or private practice).
- Proven ability to handle a broad range of Australian visa subclasses in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills in Australian migration matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, especially regarding Australian migration regulations.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines related to Australian migration cases.
- Passionate about helping people build a future in Australia through the migration process.
- Attention to detail in Australian migration applications.
- Be able to work with a multicultural client cohort seeking Australian migration.
- Customer service skills required for Australian migration clients.
- Should be able to work and deliver Australian visa applications by the deadline.What We Offer
