- Lead and manage all kitchen operations.
- Develop seasonal menus and food offerings.
- Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Sous Chef
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff.
- Ensure quality control and efficient service delivery.
- Assist with menu planning, stock management, and rostering.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Chef de Partie
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely service.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for quality food and exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
