We're looking for a Used Equipment Coordinator to support our national used equipment operation. Working closely with our Used Equipment Manager and sales teams, you'll help manage equipment appraisals, remarketing activities, customer enquiries and sales opportunities. This role requires a blend of equipment knowledge, commercial awareness and strong coordination skills to help maximise the value of our used equipment portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our used equipment pipeline moving, including:
- Supporting used equipment appraisals through research, market analysis and valuation recommendations
- Assisting with equipment assessments, specifications and pricing to help maximise asset value
- Coordinating the remarketing of used equipment across digital platforms and customer-facing channels
- Managing and tracking used equipment sales and rental leads through our systems
- Acting as a central point of coordination between sales teams, marketing and used equipment leadership
- Ensuring equipment details, listings and lead information are accurate, up to date and well managed
- Supporting consistent processes, reporting and data analysis across our national network
What We're Looking For
This role would suit someone with a good understanding of machinery, equipment or the dealership environment who enjoys combining that knowledge with coordination, analysis and sales support
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience working with agricultural, construction, forestry, turf or heavy equipment
- The ability to assess equipment condition, specifications and market value
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with data, systems and reporting tools
- Experience in sales support, administration, asset management or a similar coordination role
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and departments
- A commercial mindset with an interest in equipment sales and remarketing
