As a Boutique Sales Assistant for ROWIE The Label, you’ll play a key role in providing a premium shopping experience working across our Byron Bay and Bangalow boutiques. Your focus will be on creating lasting connections with our customers, offering personalised styling advice, and embodying the spirit of our brand.
Area of responsibility include:
- Premium Customer Service - Providing a premium customer experience that will exceed expectations.
- Product Knowledge - Develop a thorough understanding of each collection, including styles, fabrics, fits, sizing, and themes.
- Store Presentation - Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing boutique environment that reflects the ROWIE aesthetic.
- Brand Representation - Act as an ambassador for ROWIE, embodying our story, values, and aesthetics in every interaction.
