Lead and manage multiple client engagements, providing strategic oversight and high-level advisory support in IPOs, capital raisings, and capital market transactions
Oversee the assessment of clients’ financial reporting processes, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and operational preparedness to ensure transaction success
Drive in-depth analysis of intricate accounting treatments, financial disclosures, and risk areas, delivering insightful recommendations to senior client stakeholders
Extensive experience (minimum 6-8 years) in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or audit roles, with substantial exposure to capital markets transactions, IPO readiness, or related advisory services
